Align on the brief
Collect references, define the audience and confirm the exact asset list.
Expert service guide
Design buyers need assets that work in real contexts. Frame your service around a brand problem, an audience and a set of usable outputs. Explain your concept process, the number of directions and the delivery formats. A focused portfolio with your decisions explained is more useful than a large collection without context.
Preparation guidance. Current openings and eligibility are shown on individual project pages.

Choose the outputs that fit the actual brief. Name what is included, what depends on the client and what would require a scope change.
Explain your own contribution and use only samples you have permission to share. A focused example is easier to evaluate than an unrelated collection.
Collect references, define the audience and confirm the exact asset list.
Present the agreed concepts, explain the choices and apply consolidated feedback.
Check dimensions, fonts and licences and deliver a clearly organised asset library.
Count concepts, assets, adaptations and review rounds. Include print preparation or motion work only when it is explicitly scoped.
Agree the currency, applicable taxes, payment milestones and exclusions. Review Workfry's current expert pricing before applying. A project guide does not guarantee work or earnings.
Illustrative proposal structure
The project includes the agreed concept directions and a fixed list of final assets. I will provide previews for review, then prepare editable and export files after approval. Additional formats and new creative directions will be quoted separately.
Rewrite the example for the actual brief, your capacity and your verified experience. It is not a submitted application.
Check local context, working hours and professional authority. Country guides do not imply that all projects originate there or that every expert is eligible for cross-border work.
