Expert service guide

AI Automation & Integration Projects

Buyers need working processes, not a list of fashionable tools. Position your AI automation service around a specific workflow, such as lead routing, document intake or internal knowledge search. Explain the permissions, evaluation data and exception handling that will make the workflow dependable after the initial demonstration.

Preparation guidance. Current openings and eligibility are shown on individual project pages.

Define what you will deliver

Choose the outputs that fit the actual brief. Name what is included, what depends on the client and what would require a scope change.

  • A current-state workflow and a bounded automation design.
  • A tested integration with permissions, error handling and review steps.
  • Operational documentation, monitoring and a handover plan for the workflow owner.

Show relevant evidence

Explain your own contribution and use only samples you have permission to share. A focused example is easier to evaluate than an unrelated collection.

  • A demo using synthetic data with the inputs, outputs and human checkpoints explained.
  • An architecture example showing authentication, failure handling and maintenance.
  • Measured results with a disclosed baseline and limitations, where you have permission to share them.

Ask the questions that change the scope

Question 01

Which task, systems and data are in scope?

Question 02

Who approves consequential actions and how are exceptions handled?

Question 03

What quality, cost and turnaround targets must a pilot meet?

Never ask for production credentials in a public brief. Use approved access, representative test data and explicit approval for systems that send messages, spend money or change records.

A delivery plan a buyer can review

Milestone 01

Map and measure

Document the existing process, data access and baseline before selecting tools.

Milestone 02

Build a bounded pilot

Implement one workflow with representative test cases and approval points.

Milestone 03

Harden and hand over

Test failures and access boundaries, document recurring costs and train the owner.

Explain how you price the work

Separate implementation from model usage, hosting, software subscriptions and maintenance. Define the number of systems and workflows before quoting a fixed price.

Agree the currency, applicable taxes, payment milestones and exclusions. Review Workfry's current expert pricing before applying. A project guide does not guarantee work or earnings.

Illustrative proposal structure

Make the first message specific

I propose a pilot for one workflow, starting with a process map and test cases. We will agree the approval gates and success criteria before implementation. The handover will include operating instructions, known limits and a separate estimate of recurring tool costs.

Rewrite the example for the actual brief, your capacity and your verified experience. It is not a submitted application.

Plan for the country you work from

Check local context, working hours and professional authority. Country guides do not imply that all projects originate there or that every expert is eligible for cross-border work.
