DETAILED SCOPE & MILESTONES
1. Inventory identities, privileged accounts, remote connections, cloud subscriptions and critical field applications; issue a
practical exposure register within two weeks.
2. Design the target access model covering single sign-on, multifactor authentication, conditional access, device posture and
emergency administrator accounts.
3. Implement controls in waves, starting with administrators and high-risk applications, while maintaining tested break-glass
and rollback procedures.
4. Run an incident tabletop, verify logging and access reviews, then deliver support runbooks and a 90-day remediation
backlog.
