Coastal Tourism Brand System for Four Community-Led Experiences
Four small tourism operators are combining their offers into one bookable coastal route, but each currently uses unrelated visuals and messaging. The designer will create a shared identity that feels locally owned, works in print and digital channels, and still allows each operator to retain its character.

DETAILED SCOPE & MILESTONES
1. Interview the participating operators, review visitor profiles and map cultural, environmental and community references
that can be used respectfully.
2. Develop three visual territories with naming logic, colour tests, typography and sample route-map applications for joint
selection.
3. Create the final identity, operator sub-marks, icon set, photography direction, brochure system, signage templates and
social-media toolkit.
4. Prepare production files, a concise brand guide and a hands-on training session so local teams can maintain consistency
