DETAILED SCOPE & MILESTONES
1. Agree on event definitions, select three representative machines and reconcile production, quality and maintenance
records with shop-floor observations.
2. Design the data capture architecture, reason-code structure and dashboard views for operators, maintenance leads and
plant management.
3. Connect available machine data, deploy simple manual inputs where signals are missing and run the pilot through a
complete product cycle.
4. Validate loss calculations, train shift teams and deliver a scale-up plan with hardware, integration, governance and benefit
estimates.
