Discovery and Current-State Assessment Evaluate existing data sources, systems, workflows, infrastructure, reporting processes, data quality, governance maturity, and AI readiness. Transformation Strategy and Roadmap Develop a prioritized AI and data transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives, operational challenges, expected ROI, risks, and implementation dependencies. Data Architecture and Integration Design a scalable data architecture covering data warehouses or lakehouses, cloud platforms, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, master data management, and real-time data integration. Data Governance and Security Establish data ownership, access controls, quality standards, metadata management, privacy safeguards, auditability, retention policies, and compliance with applicable data-protection requirements. AI Use-Case Identification and Prioritization Identify commercially viable use cases involving predictive analytics, process automation, demand forecasting, intelligent reporting, customer insights, anomaly detection, and generative AI. Pilot Development and Validation Develop selected proof-of-concept or pilot solutions, integrate them with relevant systems, validate model accuracy, assess business impact, and document performance benchmarks.
