Detailed Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Select failure modes with maintenance leads, audit sensor history and align work-order descriptions to usable event labels.
2. Engineer operating-state features, establish simple statistical baselines and compare candidate anomaly and
failure-prediction models.
3. Deploy a shadow-mode pilot with explanations, alert thresholds and feedback capture; measure false alerts and useful
warning time.
4. Document production architecture, monitoring, retraining and operator response rules, then recommend whether and
where to scale.
