Detailed Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Define patient, clinician and administrator workflows, data boundaries, consent needs and integration points for the two
launch pathways.
2. Prototype onboarding, questionnaires, document exchange, reminders, secure messages and staff work queues in French
and English.
3. Develop the responsive application, API services, audit logging, role-based access and appointment integration with
automated security testing.
4. Complete clinical user acceptance, accessibility checks, deployment documentation and a phased launch with monitored support.
