DETAILED SCOPE & MILESTONES
1. Inventory deployed and planned AI use cases, vendors, datasets, decision impacts and customer commitments; record
unresolved ownership questions.
2. Classify use cases against applicable EU requirements and build a risk-based evidence map covering testing, transparency,
oversight and recordkeeping.
3. Draft the internal AI policy, intake assessment, vendor clauses, customer disclosures, incident process and release-approval
checklist.
4. Test the framework on two live features, train product and commercial teams and deliver a remediation register with
accountable owners.
