1. Confirm organizational scope, critical services, dependencies and existing evidence; assess governance, risk, incident,
continuity and supplier practices.
2. Create a prioritized remediation plan mapped to applicable obligations and the company's operational capacity.
3. Implement agreed high-value controls around identity, asset inventory, logging, backups, incident escalation and supplier
review.
4. Run a management exercise, verify evidence and deliver the operating calendar, risk register and remaining investment
roadmap.
