DETAILED SCOPE & MILESTONES
1. Map the current intake process, claim document types, escalation rules and privacy constraints; agree on a labelled
evaluation set and measurable accuracy thresholds.
2. Design retrieval, extraction and classification components with human approval gates, source citations and a clear audit
trail for every recommendation.
3. Build and test the assistant against historical claims, including low-quality scans, bilingual documents, conflicting
information and deliberately incomplete submissions.
4. Connect the approved workflow to the case-management sandbox, train adjusters and deliver monitoring, fallback and
model-change procedures.
