Detailed Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Reconcile flow, pressure, weather, customer, pump and incident histories; quantify missing periods and unreliable sensors
by zone.
2. Develop daily and intraday demand baselines, pressure-risk indicators and anomaly rules with operating constraints
supplied by engineers.
3. Build an operator dashboard with forecast ranges, sensor confidence, alert explanations and drill-down to recent
maintenance activity.
4. Run a live validation period, adjust thresholds and hand over pipelines, model documentation, refresh schedules and
response guidance
