DETAILED SCOPE & MILESTONES
1. Map the highest-volume turnaround questions, information sources, decision boundaries and situations that must always
escalate to an authorized controller.
2. Clean the approved knowledge set and design retrieval, permission, citation and feedback behaviour for operational and
training users.
3. Build a multilingual pilot covering selected aircraft-turnaround scenarios and test it with scripted normal, ambiguous and
safety-critical queries.
4. Deploy to a controlled user group, measure resolution time and unsupported answers, then deliver governance and
content-refresh procedures.
