1. Review drawings, utility history, plant condition and representative apartments; validate peak loads and identify
building-envelope issues affecting equipment sizing.
2. Compare heat-pump, district-energy and hybrid options for each building, including electrical capacity, noise, space and
hot-water constraints.
3. Develop the preferred concept with schematic layouts, equipment schedules, phasing, capital cost and disruption controls
for occupied properties.
4. Deliver tender-ready employer requirements, a permitting checklist and a portfolio sequence based on carbon reduction,
asset risk and payback.
