1. Define learner profiles, equipment context and required competence outcomes with safety engineers and employer
representatives.
2. Design the curriculum covering properties, storage, leak detection, ventilation, ignition control, isolation, emergency
response and permit-to-work scenarios.
3. Develop instructor guides, participant materials, demonstrations, practical assessments and knowledge checks in German
and English.
4. Pilot the course, moderate assessor calibration and issue the final delivery package with equipment and refresher-training
requirements.
