Detailed Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Shadow technicians and dispatchers, define job states, offline needs, photo evidence, parts capture and the smallest useful
integration scope.
2. Prototype daily routes, site history, checklists, approvals, signatures, quotes and exception handling for representative
device conditions.
3. Develop the mobile app, secure sync service and integration layer with automated tests, crash reporting and controlled
feature flags.
4. Pilot with two crews, correct field issues and support staged rollout with training, analytics and a technical handover
package.
