Set up ChatGPT
- Enable Developer mode in ChatGPT Settings → Security and login, then open Plugins and use the plus button to add a custom connection.
- Name the connection WorkFry and enter this server URL.

- Sign in on WorkFry, review the permissions and approve the connection.

- Name the connection WorkFry and enter this server URL.

Can I connect right now?
WorkFry’s connection service is currently paused. Account linking will work once WorkFry activates it. You can continue to search, post projects and manage your profile directly on the website. These are custom connections; an app-directory listing is not required.
Do I need a WorkFry account?
Yes. Use your existing account or register on WorkFry. Registration includes email verification and a valid contact number. Experts upload a résumé or type their expertise on WorkFry. This private registration evidence is not shared through these connections.
What does it cost?
WorkFry’s existing pricing and application credit rules apply. Client project posting is free. Check the pricing page and the cost shown on each review before approving. Your AI provider may have its own plan requirements or fees.
Can the assistant submit or save things for me?
It can prepare drafts. Profile updates, applications, project publication and email preference changes require you to review and approve the exact action on WorkFry. Payment details and account roles cannot be changed through these tools.
What information is shared?
Only information allowed by your selected permissions. Passwords, OTPs, bank details, private contact fields, résumé files and confidential documents are excluded. The information you choose to share is processed under your AI provider’s policies and account settings. Avoid adding confidential details to profile text or drafts. See our privacy policy.
What if I disconnect or prefer the website?
You can keep using WorkFry normally. Revoking a connection blocks future requests; an action you already approved may finish. Project visibility, expiry, emails and dashboard alerts keep their existing rules. Scheduled cleanup removes draft reviews after 30 days and connection activity after 90 days. Activity records contain actions and outcomes, not your AI conversation.
